Client Policies & Procedures
Introduction
Thank you for choosing Gilch Designs. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and productive working relationship. By commissioning our services, you (the "Client") agree to the terms outlined below:
Project Turnover
We are committed to delivering high-quality design work in a timely manner.

Standard Turnaround: Completed projects will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of project commencement, following the receipt of the initial deposit and all necessary materials from the Client.

Rush Orders: For projects requiring a faster turnaround, a rush fee will be applied. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total project cost and is based on the required delivery time:

24-Hour Turnaround: 50% of the total project cost.

48-Hour Turnaround: 25% of the total project cost.
Please note that rush orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Gilch Designs before work begins.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
A clear payment structure ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project.

Initial Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and is applied to the total project cost.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final high-resolution files are released to the Client.

Accepted Methods: Invoices will be sent via email outlining the project total and all accepted methods of payment.
Please note that work will only begin after the initial deposit has been received and cleared.
Revisions
We include a reasonable number of revisions to refine the design to your satisfaction while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Included Revisions: Each design includes up to three rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within the allocated revision rounds.

Additional Revisions: Any revisions requested beyond the three included rounds will be done at an additional cost which may vary depending on the extent of the change requested. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any billable additional revisions.
Please note that significant changes in project direction or scope after the initial approval may be treated as a new project and are subject to a separate quotation.
Resizing
We want your final artwork to be usable across all required platforms.

Initial Resize: Upon final project delivery, you may request one (1) free resize of the final artwork to a different dimension or format.

Additional Resizes: Any subsequent resizing requests will incur an additional fee dependent on the size difference requested.
Client Responsibilities
To help us meet our deadlines, we require the Client to:

Provide all necessary content (text, brand assets, high-resolution images, etc.) in a timely manner.

Provide clear, consolidated feedback during the revision stages.

Adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
Copyright & Usage

The Client retains full ownership of the final delivered artwork for their use.

Gilch Designs retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media channels.
Agreement
By making a payment and proceeding with the project, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy document.
